The seller was Culpepper Realty Co.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JLL arranged the sale. Its tenant lineup includes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/why-investors-are-hungry-for-grocery-anchored-retail\/\">Aldi<\/a>, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Ulta and Bath &amp; Body Works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JLL Capital Markets Investment and Sales Advisory team representing the seller was led by Senior Managing Director Adam Howells and Director Erin Myer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paris Towne Center is at the intersection of SE Loop 286 and US Highway 82. Paris itself is the county seat of Lamar County and is about 100 miles northeast of the Dallas\u2013Fort Worth Metroplex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dallas\u2013Fort Worth region\u2019s retail real estate sector is seeing modest but ongoing rent growth of about 2.7 percent, driven by long-term demographic trends and income growth, according to a first-quarter report from Matthews.
