But distress does not always mean an asset is obsolete. In many cases, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/whos-buying-distressed-office-buildings\/\">the challenge is financial<\/a>, creating an opportunity for other buyers to reinvest and compete for tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real Capital Solutions is one of the firms taking that selective approach.
