Sealy &amp; Co. sold the asset to ExchangeRight for $36.1 million, according to Yardi Matrix information. JRW Realty procured the buyer and worked on its behalf, while Newmark represented the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The build-to-suit property came online in 2016 on more than 44 acres. The asset previously traded in August 2021, when Sealy &amp; Co. acquired it from Realtech Leasing &amp; Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located at 8 Industrial Parkway, the warehouse is close to Interstate 30 and less than 2 miles from the Mabelvale city center. Additionally, the building has a 16,000-square-foot office component and more than 465 parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JRW Realty President Melinda Marston brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer.
