The landlord is AH Realty Trust, formerly known as Armada Hoffler Properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industrious will occupy roughly one and a half floors at the office component of the property, which is now roughly 83.5 percent leased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coworking provider\u2019s upcoming space will include 189 dedicated office seats and 52 additional access seats. Apart from office space, it also includes 128 apartments, nine townhomes, 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a mix of walkable amenities across 4 more than acres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its office component, totaling some 95,000 square feet, is split between two interconnected buildings at 1025&nbsp;and 1035 Alpharetta St. They feature 15,000-square-foot floorplates, floor-to-ceiling windows and a parking ratio of 3 spaces per 1,000 square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Southern Post is within the historic district of Roswell\u2019s downtown area. The flex office market reached 9,136 active locations at the end of March, up 3.2 percent quarter-over-quarter.&nbsp;The expansion was led by a mix of gateway cities and Sun Belt metros, Atlanta being one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atlanta\u2019s coworking sector had 298 locations totaling 5.8 million square feet as of March, the report shows. This marks a 6 percent increase from the previous quarter, when the metro had 5.5 million square feet across 282 locations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-industrious-on-the-move\">Industrious on the move<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Industrious operates more than 250 locations spread across 80 cities globally. The Southern Post lease brought the flex office provider&#8217;s Atlanta footprint to nine locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm&#8217;s recent activity also includes its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrious-eyes-worlds-largest-coworking-space\/\">expansion at Tower 49<\/a>&nbsp;in Midtown Manhattan.
