BH Properties sold the asset for $24.7 million. Newmark brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, while the buyer had in-house representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campus previously traded in 2013 for $13.8 million, according to Yardi Matrix information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located at 3237 and 3257 E. Guasti Road, the property has direct connection to Interstate 10 and North Haven Avenue, with several hotels, dining, and retail options within walking distance of the property.
