Groundbreaking is expected this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complex will take shape at 4950 W. 1100 S., close to Highway 154 and Interstate 80. The RTS and Union Pacific intermodal rail terminals are just north of the site, while Salt Lake City International Airport is 5 miles northeast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed to achieve LEED certification, the campus will comprise identical buildings of 132,440 square feet, each featuring 26 dock-high loading doors and six grade-level doors. The property will also encompass nearly 270 parking spots and approximately 79,500 square feet of office space across both buildings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colliers Executive Vice President Jeremy Jensen, Vice Chairs Tom Freeman and Travis Healey and Associate Rob Parise will be in charge of leasing and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of March, Salt Lake City&#8217;s industrial market had some 2 million square feet in the development pipeline, according to a first-quarter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/united-states\/insights\/us-marketbeats\/salt-lake-city-marketbeats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">report by Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/a>. Most of the space pertains to speculative warehousing\/distribution projects.
