Its tenant roster includes Adidas, Chase Bank, Target, Uniqlo and Foot Locker, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=433723\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">95-40 Queens Blvd., Queens<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale Price: $24.4 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Malachite Group has purchased a 42,002-square-foot retail trio in Rego Park, N.Y., from Imperial Sterling Corp., in an all-cash transaction. Flushing Bank originated a $14.3 million loan on behalf of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The retail portfolio includes a 7,740-square-foot building at 95-40 Queens Blvd., a 13,000-square-foot building at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=967912\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">95-60 63rd Drive<\/a> and a 21,262-square-foot property at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=433774\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">96-42 Queens Blvd<\/a>. Adirondack Capital Partners negotiated on behalf of the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two-story property is in the borough\u2019s SoHo neighborhood and dates back to 1920.
