Goldman Sachs originated the note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previous financing includes a $54 million loan from Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. from October 2020, the same data provider shows. That note matured recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company acquired the asset back in January 2018, when McCarthy Cook sold it for $80.7 million. That amounted to more than $166 per square foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located at 1850 N. Central Ave., the 24-story tower is less than 2 miles from downtown Phoenix and close to Interstate 10.
