The property sold for more than $62 million, according to <em>The Registry<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The facility features 28-foot clear heights, 30 dock-high doors, four grade-level doors and loading on three sides. It\u2019s sited on 10.8 acres, with multiple access points across the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The property also includes a 2,600-square-foot maintenance facility and an adjacent 1.4-acre laydown yard. The property was completed in 1973 and most recently renovated in 2024; upgraded electrical power is scheduled for completion later this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/how-ai-powered-tech-is-reshaping-industrial-real-estate\/\">How AI-Powered Tech Is Reshaping Industrial Real Estate<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The location reportedly provides easy access to I-880 and I-580, Oakland International Airport and the Port of Oakland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sagard did not disclose a dollar amount, identify the seller or provide the property\u2019s street address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information provided by Yardi Matrix, however, suggests that the property in question is at 2021 Farallon Drive in San Leandro, a Class B building of the appropriate size and age. If this is indeed the correct property, its most recent owner was the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation, of Santa Monica, Calif. Fortunately, the construction pipeline is currently empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the growing nationwide race to refinance CRE loans, Sagard appears to be holding its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May, Sagard nailed down <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/sagard-secures-258m-refi-for-national-industrial-portfolio\/\">a hefty $257.7 million financing package<\/a> from Wells Fargo, with the proceeds going toward refinancing 16 industrial properties, mostly shallow-bay buildings, totaling 1.7 million square feet and spanning eight states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And in October, Sagard Real Estate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/sagard-lands-99m-refi-for-denver-industrial-campus\/\">secured a $99.3 million refinancing deal<\/a> for a 936,775-square-foot Class A industrial campus in Thornton, Colo., in metro Denver.
