Verdugo Ave., near <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/office\/us\/ca\/los-angeles-county\/burbank\/?CoworkingWorkspaceTypes=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">downtown Burbank, Calif<\/a>. The flex office occupies an entire 25,000-square-foot building. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TailoredSpace Burbank marks the company\u2019s 14th location across Greater Los Angeles, following broader <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/coworking-industry-trends-to-keep-an-eye-on\/\">coworking space trends<\/a> seen throughout Southern California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The location features a podcast and recording studio, a large event space with patio, move-in ready desks, on-site staff, several kitchens and 24-hour member access. On average, TailoredSpace campuses have a 95 percent occupancy rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flex office building is just off Interstate 5, which connects TailoredSpace Burbank to downtown Los Angeles. The property is within a 1-mile radius of IKEA, The Home Depot, Macy&#8217;s, as well as several other retail options and eateries. The Griffith Park and Los Angeles Zoo are within 2 miles south.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tailoredspace-keeps-busy\">TailoredSpace keeps busy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched in 2019, TailoredSpace operates flex offices exclusively across California, namely in Brea, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Laguna Niguel, Riverside and West Covina, among others.
