(Only rivaled by \u201cThere\u2019s no crying in baseball,\u201d from <em>A League of Their Own<\/em>, \u201cDucks fly together,\u201d from <em>The Mighty Ducks<\/em> and \u201cPitcher\u2019s got a big butt,\u201d from <em>Rookie of the Year.<\/em>) Because when it comes to corporate offices, developers are leaving it all on the field and building new spaces with amazing amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why construct new spaces instead of sticking to the usual home base? It\u2019s all about delivering what tenants want\u2014and getting employees to want to come back to the office. (It certainly beats forcing them!) After all, a fresh new space that features pickleball courts, restaurants and access to major transit hubs is pretty enticing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-fl-body-text-color has-text-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/mydigitalpublication.com\/publication\/?i=853682\" style=\"background-color:#1bb1ae\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>READ THE MAGAZINE<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are a lot of companies that are afraid of mandates, but they want people back in,\u201d Whitley Collins of CBRE told Robyn Friedman for her article \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/whats-driving-corporate-office-moves\/\">What\u2019s Driving Corporate Office Moves<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siemens Energy, for example, is leaving its headquarters of 40 years and will move to a new master-planned development that will feature shopping, dining and entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some companies are also looking to upgrade properties for their corporate offices. Liberty Mutual and shipping company Ocean Network Express recently signed corporate leases at a property with a new tenant lounge, artwork and a coffee shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve had a lot of success leasing that building,\u201d Jim Adler of NAI Hiffman (the company that arranged the lease) told Friedman. \u201cCompanies want to go to a building that feels full of life.\u201d What else is driving corporate relocations?
