LBA Realty acquired the asset for $45.5 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer took out a permanent loan from Bank of America, the same source shows. The property previously traded in July 2021, when Link Logistics paid $45 million for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sitting on more than 2 acres, the facility at 868 Cowan Road provides easy access to Highway 101 and is adjacent to San Francisco International Airport. Just this month, the firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/link-logistics-ta-realty-trade-atlanta-facility\/\">acquired Clayton Commercial Center II<\/a>, a 365,490-square-foot distribution facility in Ellenwood, Ga., an Atlanta submarket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/blackstone-unit-sells-vegas-industrial-park-for-175m\/\">Link Logistics sold<\/a> Las Vegas Logistics Center, a 1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in North Las Vegas, Nev., for $175 million.
