The Silver Line, which is expected to be completed in 2026, will connect Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport with several nearby Texas cities, including Carrollton, Addison, Richardson and Plano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planners originally intended for the project to include residential units but later shifted their focus to commercial and entertainment space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-strong-pipeline-in-metro-dallas\">Strong pipeline in metro Dallas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another major mixed-use asset that recently opened in Dallas is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/granite-highwoods-open-dallas-mixed-use\/\">23Springs<\/a>, a 641,563-square-foot property that includes a 26-story office tower and two free-standing restaurant spaces, along with a park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 23Springs office building was already 63 percent leased before opening, with major tenants including Deloitte and law firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/granite-properties-jv-adds-tenant-at-dallas-tower\/\">Sidley Austin LLP<\/a>. Two of the site\u2019s three restaurant spaces have also been leased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/dallas-office-pipeline-ranks-2nd-nationwide\/\">Dallas-Fort Worth<\/a> metro area had more than 3 million square feet of office space under construction in the first half of 2025, according to Yardi Research Data.
