Building 100 is a 349,440-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with a 40-foot clear height. Buildings 200 and 300 are rear-load buildings that each contain 168,400 square feet with 36-foot clear heights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial-absorption-to-stay-positive-but-for-how-long\/\">Industrial Absorption to Stay Positive, but for How Long?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Building 100 has 64 trailer parking spaces, with Building 200 containing 40 spots and Building 300 including 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CBRE handles marketing and leasing for the property, while Atlas Collaborative serves as architect and The Conlan Co. as general contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site is located at the corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, about 3 miles from Interstate 985 and about 42 miles from downtown Atlanta. Atlanta International Airport is within 55 miles from the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-atlanta-industrial-market-remains-strong\">Atlanta industrial market remains strong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Industrial development in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/atlantas-industrial-market-shows-strong-pricing-as-pipeline-doubles\/\">Atlanta metro area<\/a> doubled year-over-year as of April, according to Yardi Research Data. At that time, Atlanta had almost 9.5 million square feet of industrial space under construction across 33 properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The area also saw the third-highest average sale price in the nation with $143.38 per square foot. As of April, Atlanta\u2019s industrial sales volume totaled $204 million year-to-date, with almost 2 million square feet of industrial space sold across 17 properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In August, Holder Properties obtained $44 million in construction financing for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/holder-properties-secures-44m-for-atlanta-industrial-facility\/\">Dogwood Logistics Center<\/a>, a 388,960-square-foot industrial development in Conyers, Ga.
