Whereas the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/dallas-office-construction-starts-ramped-up-in-2024\/\">vacancy rate is still lagging<\/a> and some landlords are rethinking their investment strategies due to underperformance and volatility, some fundamentals still shine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One segment of the office market is defined by outdated buildings dragging up vacancy, whereas the other is led by high-quality trophy assets drawing strong tenant interest.
