Define yourself clearly\u2014what you stand for, whether on social media or face-to-face.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedersheimer conceded that cold calling isn\u2019t easy and can feel like telemarketing, but brokers need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. &#8220;Confidence builds with time,\u201d he added. \u201cThis business is a long climb, and we\u2019re all still on the mountain.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-fl-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-58d6c1f3d03a3d3158445592615e8a68\" id=\"h-4-be-physically-present\">4.
