Completion is slated for the second half of 2026. JLL brokered the land acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development is at 205 Stanton Christiana Road, roughly 7 miles from downtown Newark and some 9 miles southwest of Wilmington, Del. The site has direct frontage on Interstate 95, while Wilmington Airport operates within 5 miles. Parking arrangements will consist of 213 auto and 65 trailer spaces. Its vacancy stood at 6.7 percent, 180 basis points below the national figure, the same source shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LogiPropCo isn\u2019t the sole company working to bolster Philly&#8217;s industrial pipeline. Aldi plans to construct a $550 million distribution center, spanning 1.1 million square feet, also in Delaware, as reported by multiple sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoltz Real Estate Partners seeks to break the record for the largest warehouse in Delaware.
