Each property will be leased to nationally recognized retailers under long-term triple net agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of 2024, FrontRange and O\u2019Connor also launched a separate $50 million programmatic joint venture, with FrontRange contributing $35 million through its Co-GP Property Fund.&nbsp;The capital is being deployed by O\u2019Connor to support its expanding pipeline of multifamily, industrial and retail development and acquisition opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In April of last year, O\u2019Connor\u2014in a joint venture of The Hampshire Cos. and Federated Hermes\u2014obtained $47.1 million for the refinancing of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/orlando-area-power-center-checks-out-with-47m-refinancing\/\">The Crosslands<\/a>, a nine-building, 529,212-square-foot power center in Kissimmee, Fla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/retails-resilience-draws-private-capital-back\/\">Private capital<\/a> is becoming an increasingly influential force amid shifting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/retail-market-trends\/\">retail market trends<\/a>.&nbsp;As institutional investors retreat from certain segments, high-net-worth individuals and smaller private groups are stepping in\u2014drawn by the sector\u2019s income stability and long-term growth potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The platform targets triple net leased retail assets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3014,"featured_media":1004709893,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21825,21783,21742,10,21749,32781],"tags":[34254],"class_list":["post-1004762251","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-finance","category-investment","category-latest","category-northeast","category-retail","category-southeast","tag-oconnor-capital-partners"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.4 (Yoast SEO v24.6) -
