Leasing increased year-over-year by 12 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bkm-capital-s-recent-deals\">BKM Capital&#8217;s recent deals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Late last year, BKM Capital has recapitalized a nine-property, 2.1 million-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/bkm-recaps-light-industrial-portfolio-for-550m\/\">West Coast portfolio for $550 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In March, the company expanded in Phoenix by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/bkm-grows-phoenix-footprint-with-157m-buy\/\">acquiring a three-property portfolio<\/a> from Starwood Capital Group totaling 778,000 square feet for $156.8 million.
