New York Stewart International Airport is 8 miles away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When complete, I-84 Orange County Logistics Center will have 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 31 dock doors and two drive-in doors. The property will also feature LED lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system, as well as 83 car and 16 trailer parking spaces.\u00a0JLL Vice Chairman James Panczykowski and Vice President Zach Antonucci lead the Northeast Industrial team that has been retained as exclusive leasing agent. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corporate neighbors include Amazon, FedEx, UPS, Staples, Medline and XPO Logistics.\u00a0The site&#8217;s location provides easy access to New York City, but also to the Port of New York and New Jersey, one of the area&#8217;s most significant industrial drivers.\u00a0In line with most other ports in the country, it saw a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/port-activity-rebounds\/\">significant rise in tonnage<\/a> processed in 2024, up 11.4 percent year-over-year, according to Savills.\u00a0However, potential new impending tariffs could alter activity going forward.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The development is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3619,"featured_media":1004749222,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21782,21748,21742,10],"tags":[32796],"class_list":["post-1004749221","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-development","category-industrial","category-latest","category-northeast","tag-jll"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.4 (Yoast SEO v24.6) -
