Wells Fargo Bank provided the five-year note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-crenshaw-plaza-up-close\">Crenshaw Plaza, up close<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed in 1967 and renovated in 2004, the five-building Crenshaw Plaza is at 3210 W. Slauson Ave., covering a 5-acre site. The property was 97 percent leased at the time of sale, its tenants having average leases of 9.3 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vallarta Supermarkets anchors the retail center, occupying 31.5 percent of the gross leasable area under a 15-year lease. The roster also includes Planet Fitness, Foot Locker and AutoZone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crenshaw Plaza is at the intersection of West Slauson Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard, which sees\u00a0approximately 72,000 vehicles per day.
