The flexible office space provider occupies the 22nd and 23rd floors of the 612,181-square-foot building.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conjunction with the renewal, Resnick and Stark have agreed to partner on upgrading the 26,568 square feet the latter occupies at the property. Renovations will include improvements to the reception, common areas, meeting spaces, kitchenettes and restrooms. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stark Office Suites opened its first locations in 2004 and has since grown to 13 flex office spaces across New York City, Westchester, Long Island and Connecticut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-manhattan-tower-on-59th-street\">A Manhattan tower on 59th Street<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed in 1969 by Resnick &amp; Sons and designed by W. M. Lescaze, the high-rise on 59th Street rises 37 stories just off Park Avenue in the Plaza District. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its tenant roster features Zelnic Media Capital, Royalty Pharma, Cantor Fitzgerald and Estee Lauder. The property was awarded the LEED-Gold certification for operation and management, according to CommercialEdge information. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 273 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/top-10-metros-for-coworking-space\/\">coworking locations in Manhattan<\/a> as of November, totaling 11.3 million square feet, CommercialEdge research shows.
