Although return-to-office strategies are widely reinforced, there\u2019s still a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.com\/insights\/reports\/2024-americas-office-occupier-sentiment-survey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">gap between actual attendance<\/a> and these policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While some regions and industries register higher office return rates, CBRE Head of Occupier Research Julie Whelan&nbsp;noted a 25 percent decrease in average lease sizes and a 9 percent reduction in space per worker across the country.
