The figure fluctuated throughout 2024, with highest prices recorded in the first two quarters of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first quarter, industrial assets traded at an average of $135 per square foot, while in the second quarter the figure decreased to $126 per square foot. At the end of the third quarter of 2024, industrial sales prices averaged $122 per square foot, while early in the fourth quarter, the figure appears to be inching upward to $124 per square foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year\u2019s prices evolved similarly throughout the year, but were lower overall, hitting an average of $124 per square foot. In the first quarter of 2023 industrial assets traded at $129 per square foot, while second-quarter prices changed hands for $130 per square foot.
