Luxury brands such as Chanel, Gucci and Louis Vuitton are spearheading this revival by expanding their brick-and-mortar presence in top cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This in turn is helping to power leasing activity in prime urban corridors, such as Miami&#8217;s Design District and New York&#8217;s Meatpacking District, in sync with return-to-office numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/how-dining-trends-are-reshaping-shopping-centers\/\">How Dining Trends Are Reshaping Shopping Centers<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>As of October, most prime urban corridors saw year-over-year increases in foot traffic, making them increasingly attractive to investors. Examples include Miami\u2019s Design District, Boston\u2019s Newbury Street and Seaport, as well as Chicago\u2019s Fulton Market and Wicker Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-high-streets-are-still-riding-high\">High Streets are still riding high<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the new report, JLL zeroes in on specific cities and retail streets where the resurgence of urban retail is most clearly visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, the Beverly Hills Triangle, with its highly coveted streets, especially Rodeo, Beverly and Brighton Way.
