Facilities in this area can serve 90 percent of California consumers within a single-day truck turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This mixed-use, master-planned community functions as a logistics hub serving California and the western U.S., fueling economic growth for Kern County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For TRCC, Tejon has developed 8.2 million square feet in industrial space, which is currently 100 percent occupied. The site has an additional 11.1 million square feet of entitled property remaining. The new warehouse will be built on a 25-acre parcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TRCC also has 674,000 square feet of existing retail space, including the Outlets at Tejon, which celebrated its 10th anniversary with an occupancy of more than 90 percent. Tejon is also developing Terra Vista at Tejon, a residential component set to feature as many as 495 units. The project\u2019s first phase, which includes 228 apartments, is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, Dedeaux Properties delivered its first industrial project within TRCC, on land acquired from Tejon Ranch Co.
