The landlord Alfred Sanzari Enterprises had in-house representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a team of more than 180 attorneys, Cole Schotz has been occupying space at the property since 1986.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Court Plaza&#8217;s tenant roster also includes Lakeland Bank, Moskowitz Law Group, Pearce Law and First Bergen Title Agency, according to CommercialEdge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The asset is currently subject to a $35 million loan originated by State Farm Insurance Co. in 2020, with a maturity date set for 2040, the same source shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ<\/strong> <strong>ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/where-are-most-corporate-relocations-taking-place\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Top Destinations for Corporate Relocations<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed in 1984, the six-story building includes eight passenger elevators, floorplates ranging between 12,000 and 56,000 square feet, a fitness center, a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating and 1,340 covered parking spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located at 25 Main St. in downtown Hackensack, the property is close to transportation options and has access to Interstate 80. Jersey City, N.J., is 15 miles away, while Newark Liberty International Airport is some 20 miles southwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-office-lease-deals-the-area\">Office lease deals the area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent office deals in New Jersey include the 9,624-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/kushner-real-estate-group-inks-new-jersey-lease\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lease signed by Biocon Biologics <\/a>with landlord Kushner Real Estate Group. The tenant will use the space at Bedminster 78 Corp Center to establish its new North American headquarters in Bridgewater, N.J.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In early 2024, Vision Real Estate Partners inked a 22,0000-square-foot lease with accounting and consulting firm Meisel, Tuteur &amp; Lewis PC.
