His firm has been actively developing two industrial parks adjacent to Indianapolis International Airport over the past 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWarehouses and distribution centers that house delicate and costly inventory for life science and biotech companies need to be located near a major airport, as products are often transported via plane under temperature-controlled conditions to arrive safely within hours at locations across the country,\u201d he told <em>Commercial Property Executive.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In September, Harbor Capital has entered the Dallas-Fort Worth market by acquiring Corbin Industrial Park, a 20-building, 606,911-square-foot industrial campus in Denton, Texas. CommercialEdge data shows that Mar-Properties sold the portfolio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The industrial park is at 5000 Shelby Lane, close to Interstate 35W and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/harbor-capital-enters-dfw-with-607-ksf-buy\/\">less than 2 miles from the Denton Enterprise Airport<\/a>.
