As of\u00a0 Sept. 10, the publicly traded U.S. equity REITs in the Dow Jones equity all REIT index posted a 25.92 percent total return. S&P Dow Jones industrial and office real estate indexes posted one-year total returns of 12.33 percent and 16.53 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among office REITs, SL Green Realty Corp. recorded the highest one-year total return of 69.6 percent. Office Properties Income Trust displayed the lowest total return of -59.2 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovative Industrial Properties REIT, Inc. topped all industrial-focused REITs with the highest one-year total return of 52.1 percent. Americold Realty Trust, Inc. logged the lowest total return, at -9.0 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
