He added that Venture West currently has several LOIs under negotiation and will move to lease and purchase agreements \u201cvery soon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than 2,500 residences have been approved within one mile of Jackrabbit Crossing, enhancing its appeal as a convenient shopping destination, according to Venture West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/retails-new-logistics-logic\/\">Retail\u2019s New Logistics Logic<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The developer recently announced a proposed 53,000-square-foot Amazon distribution center at Jackrabbit Crossing, to serve as a last-mile delivery hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first Rosauers grocery store opened in 1934 in Spokane, Wash. The chain has since expanded to include Super 1 Foods and Huckleberry\u2019s Natural Markets.
