And Annie Malo, a specialized attorney at Holland &amp; Knight, has witnessed all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/retail-investors-are-adapting-to-disruption-heres-how\/\">disruptions the industry has had to adapt to<\/a>.
