As of Jan. 6, the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Health Care Index posted the\u00a0highest 12 months funds from operations multiple among the four focused indexes at 24.98x, followed by the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Industrial Index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 19.03x, the Dow Jones Equity All REIT Index with 18.16x, and the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Office Index with 10.19x.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of Nov. 1, 2024, the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Health Care Index posted the highest multiple based from the last 12 months funds from operations among the four focused indexes. The Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Health Care Index posted a 26.76x, followed by the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Industrial Index with 17.66x and then Dow Jones Equity All REIT Index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 18.76x and the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Office Index with 11.68x. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
