The seller was <strong>TH Logistics Fund I<\/strong>, a joint venture between <strong>Timber Hill Group<\/strong> and <strong>Champion Realty Advisors<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transaction marks the firm&#8217;s entrance into the sector and the launch of Green Courte&#8217;s truck storage operating platform dubbed GCP Truck Storage Management. The property will serve as a managed truck storage facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IOS property, situated in an expanding industrial corridor of the Metroplex at 5301 Wilbarger St., also includes a 1,035-square-foot building dating back to 1955, CommercialEdge shows. The 40-acre asset is close to Interstate 820 and provides easy access to major routes in the area, such as U.S. Highway 287 and Interstate 20, while also being 7 miles from Fort Worth, 10 miles from Arlington, Texas, 17 miles from Fort Worth Meacham International Airport and within 25 miles of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ios-sector-gaining-popularity\">IOS sector gaining popularity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The IOS sector has become more and more popular for investors in the last 12 months. In January, industry leader Alterra IOS purchased a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/alterra-acquires-17-ios-properties-in-14-states\/\">17-property IOS portfolio <\/a>totaling 350,000 square feet spread across 55 acres in 15 U.S. markets.
