The tenant roster includes La Tapatia, Little Caesars, Subway, the United States Postal Service, as well as various local retail and medical businesses. On average, tenants have remained at the center for nearly 12 years.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 3800 &amp; 3700 S. Gessner Road, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/how-strip-centers-are-staying-relevant\/\">strip centers<\/a> sit in the Westchase trade area and have a visibility to roughly 80,000 vehicles per day.
