The athleticwear and footwear company utilizes the space at 8677 Logo Athletic Court as a finishing facility.<\/p>\n<p>The property, which is owned by <strong>Link Logistics<\/strong>, is situated on Indianapolis\u2019 east side, along the primary east-west Interstate 70 logistics corridor. Adidas stamps, presses, stores and distributes screen-printed sport apparels for sports teams, ranging from professional to amateur, at the site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colliers<\/strong>\u2019 Indianapolis office represented both landlord and lessee, with Jason Speckman representing Link Logistics, while Jimmy Cohoat, Andrea Hopper and Billy Powers represented Adidas.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/the-untapped-potential-of-nyc-industrial\/\">The Untapped Potential of NYC Industrial<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Last year, Germany-based Adidas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/brookfield-completes-1-8-msf-project-in-la-signs-adidas\/\">leased office space<\/a> at Brookfield Properties\u2019 California Market Center in Los Angeles, as the property\u2019s anchor tenant. The company opened its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/adidas-sets-up-shop-in-metro-atlanta\/\">first U.S. production plant<\/a> in Atlanta in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>More recently, Link Logistics <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/link-logistics-sells-jacksonville-asset-for-31m\/\">sold a 260,000-square-foot distribution center<\/a> in Jacksonville, Fla., for $31.1 million.<\/p>\n<h2>Indianapolis industrial sector grows<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of April, Indianapolis had nearly 11 million square feet of industrial assets in the pipeline, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/east-coast-ports-challenge-west-coast-mainstays\/\">according to CommercialEdge data<\/a>. The metro also boasted one of the lowest vacancy rates in the U.S. at 2.6 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Early this year, ITS Logistics <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/its-logistics-grows-indianapolis-campus-to-1-3-msf\/\">opened a 700,000-square-foot warehouse<\/a> at its campus in Whitestown, Ind.
