Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The 9-acre development site is close to Sunrise Highway and Long Island MacArthur Airport. The property is also within 3 miles of Long Island Expressway, providing future tenants access to more than 1.7 million households in the area, including easy connectivity to Brooklyn, Redhook Container Terminal and Newark, N.J.<\/p>\n<p>The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team included Senior Managing Director Jose Cruz and Associate Mark Belenky, Directors Nicholas Stefans and Jason Lundy, as well as Managing Directors Jordan Avanzato and Marc Duval.<\/p>\n<p>Another project recently moved forward in the area: Innovo Property Group topped out a 900,000-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/innovo-property-group-tops-out-nyc-mixed-use-project\/\">mixed-use development in Long Island<\/a>.
