Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alliance Architects<\/strong>, <strong>Catamount Constructors<\/strong>, <strong>Reed Engineering<\/strong>, <strong>Bella Firma<\/strong>, <strong>Stream Realty Partners<\/strong> and <strong>Pacheco Koch<\/strong> are Ironwood\u2019s project partners. Ironwood\u2019s Senior Development Manager Parker Rice will oversee the development of the final phase. The company has also been working with the <strong>Pflugerville Community Development Corp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ironwood and co-developer<strong> Affinius Capital<\/strong>, formerly <strong>USAA Real Estate<\/strong>, have acquired the development site back in 2020. Following the completion of the third phase, the Class A industrial park will comprise more than 1 million square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The third and last phase of 130 Crossing will total approximately 490,000 square feet and will include the construction of three new buildings. The two existing phases of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/top-5-emerging-industrial-markets-2-commercialedge\/\"> industrial development<\/a> total 675,000 square feet and feature five buildings, including a 113,000-square-foot warehouse now owned by Wisenbaker Builder Services, CSW Development\u2019s 52,000-square-foot medical office building and approximately 340,000 square feet of warehouse space leased to a major Austin employer.<\/p>\n<p>The Class A industrial park is located at the intersection of State Highway 130 and Pecan Street, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/top-5-industrial-markets-for-construction-activity-in-the-northeast\/\">northeast<\/a> Austin.
