As of\u00a0 August 2, 2023, the publicly traded U.S. equity REITs in the Dow Jones equity all REIT index posted a -8.84 percent total return. S&P Dow Jones office and industrial real estate indexes posted one-year total returns of -21.97 percent and -0.79 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n

Among the Office REITs, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III, Inc. recorded the highest one-year total return of 69.05 percent. Whereas Office Properties Income Trust. displayed the lowest total return of -57.87 percent as of August 2nd.<\/p>\n

Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. topped all the industrial-focused REITs as the company posted the highest one-year total return of 22.59 percent. While, Industrial Logistics Properties Trust logged the lowest total return, at -58.19 percent.<\/p>\n

As of\u00a0 March 3, 2023, the publicly traded U.S. equity REITs in the Dow Jones Equity All REIT Index posted a -14.36 percent total return. S&P Dow Jones office and industrial real estate indexes posted one-year total returns of -35.21 percent and -14.62 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n

Among the Office REITs, Corporate Office Properties Trust recorded the highest one-year total return of -1.23 percent, whereas Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. displayed the lowest total return of -63.46 percent as of March 3rd.<\/p>\n

Americold Realty Trust Inc. topped all the industrial-focused REITs as the company posted the highest one-year total return of 8.27 percent. Meanwhile, Industrial Logistics Properties Trust logged the lowest total return, at -81.38 percent.<\/p>\n
