Stream <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/stream-realty-to-lease-217-ksf-houston-office-building\/\">landed the assignment<\/a> in November.<\/p>\n<h2>Two Unilev office properties<\/h2>\n<p>Situated in the Greenway submarket, the 14-story 3555 Timmons came online in 1982, encompassing 225,895 square feet, according to CommercialEdge data. Unilev acquired the asset in 2012 and invested more than $3.2 million in property improvements, including an updated lobby and conference room.<\/p>\n<p>The building&#8217;s current tenants include Victory Packaging, Fisher Investments and Greenway Capital Advisors, the same data provider shows. The boutique office building is home Cypress Asset Management, Genomma Lab USA and Drillwell Energy Services, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Tenants can access the property via Interstate 610, San Felipe Street and Post Oak Boulevard. Several shops, restaurants and hotels are nearby.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialedge.com\/blog\/national-office-report\/\">recent CommercialEdge report<\/a>, Houston&#8217;s office market recorded a 22.5 percent vacancy rate as of February, down 240 basis points over the year.
