George Bush Intercontinental Airport is some 15 miles of The Mill, while downtown Houston is roughly 22 miles away.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Executive Managing Director Beau Kaleel, along with Senior Brokerage Coordinator Brooke Forrest, are spearheading leasing efforts at the property.<\/p>\n<h2>More logistics space along the South Belt<\/h2>\n<p>After delivering The Mill, Greystar is now focusing on another logistics project in Houston, along the metro&#8217;s South Belt. The company is developing Beltway 35 Business Park, a 91-acre project encompassing five buildings and totaling some 1.3 million square feet of industrial space. The first phase of construction is currently underway and includes approximately 590,000 square feet across three buildings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building 1, a 155,080-square-foot structure that is set to feature 32-foot clear heights, 112 vehicle parking spots and 30 trailer parking spots and 30 dock doors.<\/li>\n<li>Building 2, which will have 36-foot clear heights, 72 trailer parking spots, 48 dock doors, 245 vehicle parking spots and will total 273,480 square feet of space.<\/li>\n<li>Building 3, a 160,720-square-foot warehouse with 80 vehicle parking spots, 20 dock doors and 32-foot clear heights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Completion of this phase is expected in September. <strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">JLL<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">&#8216;s Executive Vice President Richard Quarles, Senior Vice Presidents Joseph Berwick and David Buescher, together with Associate David Holland, are in charge of marketing the three buildings for lease.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial-leasing-trends-for-2023\/\">Industrial Leasing Trends for 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Beltway 35 Business Park is set to accommodate tenants with different space needs: from 50,000 to more than 500,000 square feet. Greystar\u2019s Senior Director of Development, Tyler Williams, said in prepared remarks that the campus is targeting companies that are active in e-commerce, construction, medical supplies, distribution and other sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The developer has been very busy in Texas in 2022. In June, Greystar started construction of the second building at Whisper 35, a 500,000-square-foot Class A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/greystar-expands-austin-area-project\/\">industrial development in San Marcos<\/a>. The project&#8217;s first phase includes two facilities totaling 180,000 square feet.
