Women in commercial real estate are rising to the C-suite and the boardroom, and they are heading up key divisions for their firms. But, leadership still skews toward men, particularly white men.<\/p>\n

NAREIM<\/strong> and Ferguson Partners<\/strong> recently released the results of The Global Real Estate DEI Survey 2022<\/a>. In North America, responding companies reported that their workforces are 57.5 percent men and 42.5 percent women, a 3.7 percent increase in female representation from 2021. But just 25.4 percent of those women are at the board level and 23 percent are at the executive management level.<\/p>\n

The 10 women featured here are all at the top of their respective CRE specialties, and they are all determined to help fellow women\u2014and individuals from other under-represented groups\u2014join them there.
