The joint venture between Crow Holdings<\/strong> and Creation Equity<\/strong> has completed the construction of Northmark Commerce Center, a 234,478-square-foot industrial facility in Haltom City, Texas, a Fort Worth submarket.<\/p>\n

The Class A project, designed by LGE Design Build<\/strong>, broke ground in November 2021. The partnership financed its construction with a five-year, $16 million loan from Inwood National Bank<\/strong>, CommercialEdge data shows.<\/p>\n

Northmark Commerce Center marks LGE\u2019s second project in Haltom City after 820 Exchange<\/a>. The 952,764-square-foot industrial park was completed in 2021 and acquired that same year by a CBRE fund.<\/p>\n

In the first half of 2022, Crow Holdings and Creation, alongside LGE, also broke ground on Mesquite 635<\/a>, a development totaling 555,790 square feet of industrial space in Mesquite, Texas.<\/p>\n

A logistics property north of Fort Worth<\/h2>\n

Northmark Commerce Center came online on 20.5 acres at 4101 Old Denton Road. The cross-docking  facility features a 32-foot clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 56 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, 19 trailer stalls and 132 auto parking spaces. Holt Lunsford<\/strong> is assigned as leasing agent.<\/p>\n

The property is only 6.3 miles from downtown Fort Worth and 32.7 miles from downtown Dallas, in proximity to Loop 820, Interstates 35 and State Highway 377. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is 17.6 miles away. Companies in the surrounding area include Dillard\u2019s, DHL\/Campbell Soup Supply Co., Amazon and S&S Activewear, among others.<\/p>\n

Dallas-Fort Worth has one of the strongest industrial markets in the U.S. According to a CommercialEdge report, the metro led the nation for industrial deliveries as of December, completed projects totaling 31.5 million square feet. In terms of pipeline size, The Metroplex ranked second after Phoenix, with 64.2 million square feet under construction representing 7.5 percent of stock.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
