The company owns the building in partnership with <strong>BlackRock Real Estate Assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&amp;L Executive Vice President David Berkey represented the firm in-house on the lease renewal, while Kevin McLennan, Ian Murphy and Silvio Petriello of <strong>CBRE<\/strong> represented Polsinelli.<\/p>\n<p>A series of renovations at the property in recent years has included building system improvements, upgrades to the lobby and improved public spaces. In 2018, following the improvements, L&amp;L and BlackRock <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/capital-one-lends-175m-for-manhattan-office-tower\">secured a $175 million financing<\/a> from <strong>Capital One<\/strong> that went toward paying down debt.<\/p>\n<p>The law firm is the largest tenant at the building, which is 94 percent leased.
