Westrock Coffee<\/strong>, together with Tempus Realty Partners<\/strong>, are planning a 530,000-square-foot distribution facility in Conway, Ark. Tempus Realty Partners was represented by Colliers<\/strong> during the project\u2019s agreement. According to Talk Business & Politics<\/a><\/em>, the proposed budget of the development is around $70 million.<\/p>\n

The new facility is slated to feature with 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and nearly 72 dock doors. Westrock Coffee will occupy the building in its entirety upon its completion, anticipated by the end of this year. This new project is expected to fully support the company\u2019s production, distribution and packaging needs.<\/p>\n

While continuing its expansion, the company also has another development underway in Conway, a manufacturing center. The facility is slated to begin operations in 2024.<\/p>\n

Situated off William J. Clark Drive, close to Interstate 40, the 30-acre development site is 2.2 miles from Westrock Coffee\u2019s manufacturing center, 30 miles from Little Rock, Ark., and within 35 miles of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport.<\/p>\n

Lighthouse Asset Advisors<\/strong>\u2019 Asset Manager Ted Dickey worked on behalf of Westrock Coffee during the development agreement. Another project is moving forward in the area<\/a>: In June 2022, CRG started construction on its nearly 1.2 million-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial project in North Little Rock, Ark. The $105 million facility is expected to be delivered this quarter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
