As of November 2, 2023, the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Industrial Index posted the\u00a0highest multiple based from the last twelve months funds from operations among the three focused indexes.\u00a0The Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Industrial Index posted a 17.26x, followed by the Dow Jones Equity All REIT index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 15.09x and the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Office Index with 9.78x.<\/p>\n

As of June 1, 2023, the Dow Jones U.S. real estate healthcare index posted the\u00a0highest multiple based from the last twelve months funds from operations among the four focused indexes.\u00a0The Dow Jones U.S. real estate healthcare index posted a 17.40x, followed by the Dow Jones Us Real Estate Industrial index with 16.03x and then Dow Jones equity all REIT index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 15.21x and the Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index with 11.88x.<\/p>\n
