White Drive<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>ITS Logistics<\/strong> has opened a new, 700,000-square-foot warehouse at its existing campus in Whitestown, Ind. The expansion is the third-party logistics provider\u2019s latest addition to its Midwest headquarters, which now totals more than 1.3 million square feet. Over the next two years, the company plans to grow its Boone County campus to more than 2 million square feet, alongside a large-scale expansion of its truck fleet.<\/p>\n<p>Reno, Nev.-based ITS established its Midwest footprint in 2021, when the company leased 350,000 square feet at 4683 Albert S. White Drive. The warehouse is part of Fishback Creek Business Park, a 200-acre, 2.4 million-square-foot industrial campus developed by <strong>GDI Construction<\/strong>. The landlord, <strong>EQT Exeter<\/strong>, had acquired the building in 2020 for $28.5 million, according to CommercialEdge information.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/top-sectors-for-industrial-demand-jll\/\"><span class=\"fl-heading-text\">Top Sectors for Industrial Demand: JLL<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>The firm&#8217;s second campus expansion took place in the second quarter of 2022, when ITS leased a 600,000-square-foot facility at 4055 S. 500 East. CommercialEdge data shows that <strong>Prologis<\/strong> owns the 2012-completed property that is part of AllPoints at Anson industrial park.<\/p>\n<p>Situated within one mile of an on-ramp to the Interstate 65 and within 9 miles of Interstate 74, the campus is within a day\u2019s drive of the Midwest\u2019s largest population centers. Indianapolis International Airport is 20 miles away.<\/p>\n<h2>Indianapolis\u2019 industrial increases<\/h2>\n<p>Indianapolis remains a ripe opportunity for industrial leasing, construction and investment, due in part to its location at the center of many highly trafficked highways and railroads, as well as its relaxed regulatory environment. According to data from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/e-commerce-growth-still-drives-industrial-demand\/\">recent CommercialEdge report<\/a>, the metro&#8217;s sales volume totaled $1.1 billion year-to-date as of November, the second-highest in its region, as well as one of the lowest vacancy rates at 2.5 percent. Construction showed strong vitals as well, with 22.8 million square feet in the pipeline as of November, the same data source shows.<\/p>\n<p>One recent headline around the capital of The Hoosier State is DHL Supply Chain\u2019s purchase of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/dhl-buys-suburban-indianapolis-industrial-building\/\">979,264-square-foot facility<\/a> in nearby Whiteland.
