Ameriplex 4 is fully leased to <strong>PepsiCo\u2019s Quaker Sales &amp; Distribution Inc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The asset is located at 5510 Exploration Drive, within the World Connect at Ameriplex industrial park. Situated at Ameriplex Parkway and Interstate 70, Ameriplex 4 covers 54.4 acres of land in the Plainfield submarket, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.commercialcafe.com\/broker\/content\/#!\/propertyDetails\/8538012\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CommercialEdge data<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In proximity to major thoroughfares such as Interstates 65, 69, 70, 74 and 465, the property has access to 80 percent of the nation within a one-day drive and cross-country access in a nearly two-day drive. The Indianapolis International Airport is 3 miles north, as is the second-largest FedEx Express Hub in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Ameriplex 4 features ESFR sprinklers, 36-foot clear heights, loading doors and 56 feet by 50 feet column spacing, according to the same data. The industrial building was completed in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Caprille, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham with <strong>CBRE<\/strong> brokered the purchase of Ameriplex 4.<\/p>\n<p>Late last year TIG sold an industrial asset in Edwardsville, Ill.
