The commitments brought the 245,111-square-foot office campus&#8217; occupancy to 90 percent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JLL<\/strong> Managing Director Darryl Hoffman, who served as leasing agent for the property, represented the landlord in all lease signings.<\/p>\n<p>Government services company <strong>Ke&#8217;Aki Technologies<\/strong> expanded its existing lease to 10,946 square feet, while training readiness and organizational resilience solutions provider <strong>4C Strategies<\/strong> renewed and extended its commitment to 9,331 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, computer software development and marketing company <strong>Rocket Technology<\/strong> signed a 2,654-square-foot lease agreement with the landlord. <strong>Anti-Defamation League<\/strong> and <strong>Laser Institute of America<\/strong> are on the current list of tenants at the property, as revealed by CommercialEdge.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 13501 Ingenuity Drive within the Central Florida Research Park and adjacent to the University of Central Florida, the property offer access to Florida State Road 408 and East Colonial Drive, while Orlando International Airport is less than 20 miles away.<\/p>\n<p>Resource Square I was among the winners at the 2022 Outstanding Building of the Year Awards, issued by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/return-to-office-sentiment-heats-up-boma\/\">Building Owners and Managers Association<\/a>. On-site amenities at the campus include fitness centers, a lakefront gazebo, walking trails and food trucks.<\/p>\n<p>In September, CP Group also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cp-group-inks-downtown-miami-leases\/\">secured two leases totaling 46,000 square feet<\/a> at One Biscayne Tower in downtown Miami. The company acquired the 38-story asset in 2021, along with with funds managed by\u00a0Rialto Capital Management\u00a0and\u00a0Sabal Capital Partners.
