Amenities include a fitness center, a cafe, a rooftop pickleball and basketball court, outdoor seating areas and a conference center. Bridgepoint Plaza also features 580 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 5918 W. Courtyard Drive, the facility is situated near Loop 360 and West Courtyard Road. The office building is surrounded by premier residential neighborhoods and a vast amenity base.<\/p>\n<p>JLL Capital Markets also recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/bdp-holdings-acquires-dfw-hq-campus\/\">arranged a 10-year loan<\/a> for BDP Holdings and represented the company in acquiring a five-story office building, totaling 265,942 square feet, in Southlake, Texas.
