LBA Logistics <\/strong>has completed construction on its industrial campus in Melrose Park, Ill. Known as Industry Center at Melrose Park, the new development features a total 651,617 square feet spread across three industrial facilities.<\/p>\n

McShane Construction Co. <\/strong>along with design-build partner Harris Architects <\/strong>oversaw design-build construction and architectural services for the three industrial buildings. Build-outs also conducted by McShane include interior developments for a portable storage and moving company, a package delivery and logistics tenant and a transportation and railroad company.<\/p>\n

According to CommercialEdge data<\/a>, JLL <\/strong>headed up leasing for the industrial project.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, LBA Logistics leased a 99,638-square-foot industrial property<\/a> to TAE Technologies. The Orange County asset is a Class A building expected to complete in April 2023.<\/p>\n

Amenities and square footage<\/h2>\n

Industry Center at Melrose Park covers a 44-acre site. Located at 2075, 2065 and 2057 George St., each building features 38-foot clear heights. Each structure’s amenities also include:<\/p>\n

  • Building 1\u2014130,200 square feet featuring 38 truck docks, 44 trailer stalls, 151 car parking spaces and two drive-in doors<\/li>\n
  • Building 2\u2014142 trailer stalls, 244 car parking spaces, 34 truck doors that can expand to 71 and two drive-in doors across 350,248 square feet.<\/li>\n
  • Building 3\u2014171,169 square feet including 204 parking spaces, 64 trailer stalls, 18 truck docks that expand to 43 and three 20-foot by 20-foot drive-in doors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
